A contemporary private villa of approximately 6,000 sq ft organised around a central pool and courtyard. The pool acts as the project’s spatial focus, bringing daylight, views and a strong indoor–outdoor relationship into the main living spaces while preserving privacy. A restrained white-and-charcoal material palette gives the villa a clean architectural identity. AEM Engineering Consultancy provided the architectural design.
