A contemporary private villa design in Jebel Ali Hills, Dubai, with approximately 8,900 sq ft of built-up area. The composition uses framed stone volumes, vertical timber-toned screens and generous glazing to create a refined street presence while balancing privacy, daylight and indoor–outdoor living.
